I have an error when I launch the desktop software

If an error occurs when you attempt to launch a MicroSurvey desktop product (ex. MicroSurvey CAD, Star*Net or embeddedCAD, etc.) follow the steps in this troubleshooter to get your software running properly.

If you can't find a solution, please submit a support ticket or call MicroSurvey at 1-800-668-3312 or 1-250-707-0000.

Please note: If you are a new customer or have recently updated your software you must first update your USB key using USB license manager. For intructions click here.
