Error message: Your maintenance subscription has expired (or will expire soon)

MicroSurvey encourages all customers to stay up to date with their software maintenance as it will allow you to take advantage of updates and support without any interuptions. When the expiry date stored on your USB ley approaches you will start to see the message below:

This message will warn you that your maintenance will expire soon. The program will continue to operate normally. You will be able to install updates until you start to see the next message:

You will still be able to run your current version of the software with no restrictions. However, you will no longer be able to download and run updates to the software which are released after your expiry date. Please call MicroSurvey and update you maintainance if necessary.

  • If you are seeing this message but believe that your maintence subscription should still be current please close the program and run license manager. Update your key if necessary.
  • Check to see if the expiry date has been reached yet. If the expiry date is still in the future you may have encountered a problem that is caused by the way dates are displayed in your computer. See this article for a solution.
  • If the expiry date message still appears after successfully updating your USB key please contact your dealer or a MicroSurvey sales representative. He or she can resolve this for you.
