These messages, or other messages with similar formating, may appear when running your MicroSurvey Desktop program or they may appear when running the License Manager. These error messages indicate there is a defect in the USB key hardware.
MicroSurvey warrantees your USB key for two years from purchase, or can replace a key outside of the warrantee period for a small cost. Please submit a support ticket or call MicroSurvey at 1-800-668-3312 or 1-250-707-0000.
