I have confirmed I am connected to the Internet but see the same Error
This means that something is blocking access between your workstation (or server) computer and MicroSurvey's online License database.
This blockage can occur for a number of reasons:
- A setting in your software firewall
- An option on a router
- An access policy in your office network
- A policy of your Internet Service Provider
This issue can be resolved several ways:
- Activate your key using an alternate method (ie. using another computer off the network) - This is the most common solution.
- Eliminate the blockages listed above - This usually requires support from your IT department.
- Although rare, incorrect Bing Maps Subscriptions for older licenses could cause this error.
