License Manager Error Field reads: "Unable to retrieve product information"
This error message indicates your USB key is functioning properly!

This message "Unable to retrieve Product Information, please contact Technical Support" indicates your USB key is functioning properly but your computer is unable to communicate with the MicroSurvey online database.

Or sometimes you see the message "An error occured whilst trying to retrieve configuration information from the MicroSurvey license database server, please contact Technical Support." This also indicates your USB key is functioning properly but your computer is unable to communicate with the MicroSurvey online database.
