License Manager Error Field reads: There are no new licenses available

This error message indicates your system is working correctly. License manager has successfully contacted our online licensing database, but there are either no new updates or products for your USB key.

If License Manager shows no updates or products and you were expecting that there would be, it indicates we have not yet entered your key serial number or software update into the license database

 

Check your Key ID on the USB tag.

If License Manager shows a USB Key ID that does not match the ID shown on your USB key tag or does not match the delivery paperwork it may indicate an error was made by us when entering your key into the database.
