Error Message: CBIOS:ERR_CONN_REFUSED
Problem: The following error message is displayed after choosing "Connect" on the Network Server Adminitrative Console.

This message could indicate the following:
- The Network Server Launcher is not running
- An incorrect Port number is entered under "Connect to Server". Port 8765 is be used by default
- USB License Manager open in the background. You must have USB License Manager closed when trying to connect to the Network Server
Solution:
- Close USB License Manager after you confirm your USB key is up to date
- Ensure the Network Server is running
- Restart the server
- Confirm the IP Address, Port number and Password are entered correctly
