I am having trouble activating new field software
Is my license up to date?
You may not have a license for the version of software you are trying to install. Please check your expiry date and compare it with the release date of the software to ensure that you are trying to install a version of the field product which was release before your GUID expired.
Ex. FieldGenius 8.4.19.1 was released Aug 29, 2016 - If your expiry date was in 2015, you cannot install and run FieldGenius 8.4.19.1
Have I generated a password/key for my field product?
You must register your GUID and Device ID at our registration page after installing a new field product.
To update your license please contact your dealer or sales representative.
If you are still having trouble, please submit a support ticket or call MicroSurvey at 1-800-668-3312 or 1-250-707-0000.
Please include the following with your support ticket:
- GUID or Software Serial Number
- Which field software and version number you have installed (ex. FieldGenuis 8.3)
- What type of mobile device are using (ex. Leica CS15)
- Device ID
