Encountered an error Activating Licence (0)

This error means that program is having issues accessing our server to activate the license, and is due to your current network restrictions.

There are two possible solutions:

  • Connect your device to a different network (for example, hotspot on your phone). Then, try to activate the license again.
  • Or, you can work with your IT department on eliminating the blockage. For that, give your IT this link which contains the information they will need about the solo server.

If you can't find a solution, please submit a support ticket or call MicroSurvey at 1-800-668-3312 or 1-250-707-0000.
