My company does not have a Network License

If you are not aware that a Network license has been set up it may be that during testing someone may have inadvertantly entered the name "XXXXXXX" in the Server Name field when trying to resolve a licensing problem. The system is searching for a computer named XXXXXXX and is not finding it in the network. Resolve this by:

  • Clear the Server Name field
  • Run the program in Demo or Expired Demo mode
  • Close the program
  • Ensure your USB key is inserted in your computer and functioning properly
  • Run the program
