Topcon
Conversion:
You can import baselines from Topcon Tools desktop software using the .tvf format.

Notes:
See this article for a guide to exporting TVF files from Topcon Tools
Topcon Tools – TVF Files
The Topcon Tools baseline processor saves vector information in an internal database. However the Topcon Tools has a built-in export to a simple comma-delimitated text file that can be imported into STAR*NET. This exported vector file has a “TVF” extension.
The exported file contains a list of vectors (with from and to point names, DX, DY and DZ vector components and x, y and z standard errors and correlations). Following the vectors is a list of points (name, latitude, longitude, ellipsoid height and optional descriptor). The first line of the file contains an indicator of the “units” of the data (USFeet, Meters, etc.). As is the case with all imports to STAR*NET format, imported vectors will always be converted to Meters units.
Topcon – Turf Files (Old)
The Topcon baseline processor stores vectors in what is called “TURF” files. These file names have extensions beginning with “TS” and are appended with single character numbers (for example, TS0, TS1, TS2, etc.) Each file contains a single vector.
This file was created with very-early software from Topcon and more than likely few if any files are still being created with this software.
