Leica DBX (.XCF) files can be imported using the Leica DBX Converter.
You can also convert Resection, Survey, Traverse, Sets of Angles and GPS data directly from the DBX file by running the Leica DBX Converter. You can choose whether to reduce sets of angles or import them as individual observations.
Or, you can also import Leica DBX files into MicroSurveyCAD by opening MsTraverse | Read Collector Files in | Leica DBX and then you can export traverse files directly from MicroSurvey CAD via: MsTraverse | Starnet Interface

When using the Leica DBX Converter or MicroSurvey CAD DBX import tool you must have a copy of any .gem files or .cscs files that were used to define geoids or coordinate system transformations.
